David Malave is a Los Angeles-based cinematographer, photographer, and video editor who specializes in creating content for artists, music labels, and brands – blending documentary-style storytelling with striking visuals and dynamic editing.
Since 2018, David has worked extensively with Beyoncé as a cinematographer and social content editor on three consecutive world tours – On The Run II with Jay-Z, Renaissance World Tour, and most recently Cowboy Carter Tour – as well as films such as the Grammy-winning Homecoming, RENAISSANCE: A Film by Beyoncé, and Beyoncé Bowl.
When not on the road, Dave has continued to create for artists such as J Balvin, Big Sean, and LISA from BLACKPINK along with brands across sports & entertainment including Netflix, Warner Bros Pictures, EA Sports, NFL, Golden Globe Awards, and many others.
